Customer Policies
Hours of Operation
Seven Days 10am-10pm
Reservations
Although reservations are preferred, walk-ins and same day appointments are accepted as well. It is recommended to plan ahead a couple of weeks in advance for weekend appointments. First time visits require a credit card or gift card/certificate for confirmation.
Cancellations
As a courtesy to other guests and our staff, we require 24-hour notice of cancellation for individual spa services and 72-hour notice for multiple services. Cancellations made with less than these requested notice times may result in a $50 fee charged to your credit card or gift card/certificate.
Arrival
We suggest that you arrive 15 to 20 minutes prior to your scheduled services allowing time for check in, showers and the opportunity to relax in our Tea Room. We do regret late arrivals will not receive time extensions and will remain responsible for full service fees. Prompt arrival time ensures you receive the full benefit of our services and respects our next guests’ scheduled treatment time.
Spa Etiquette
Cell phones and pagers must be turned off or placed in silent mode before entering the spa. The ambience is peaceful and tranquil for optimum relaxation and meditation. Please speak very softly and walk quietly throughout the spa. We may ask you to remove your shoes as well.
Minor Clients
Children under 17 years of age may receive some services with a signed consent form for services from a parent/guardian who is concurrently receiving services.
Amenities/Attire
You are provided a private changing room, a locker, robe, slippers, towels and body wash, shampoo and conditioner for our private showers. It is customary for guests to completely disrobe for certain spa services, although you may wear a swimsuit or undergarments if you prefer. Of course, our therapists are trained to drape you discreetly and to protect your privacy at all times.
Valuables
Although a locker and key are provided, it is suggested that you leave all your valuables at home. rA Organic Spa is not responsible for missing, lost or damaged items.
Gratuity
Gratuities may be given to our check-out desk at your discretion in appreciation for outstanding services provided by your therapist. Gratuities are not included in the price of services. Any of the forms of payments below are accepted for gratuities.
Payment
We accept all forms of payments, including cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover Cards, debit cards and business and personal checks drawn on a local bank.
Gift Cards/Certificates
Both make a nice gift idea and are redeemable, transferable and do not expire. Both are not refundable and must be presented at the time services are rendered.
Product Return Policy
Our return policies are in accordance with
those of our suppliers. Product needs to be in original condition and is
returnable within 14 days of purchase with receipt for boutique credit only.
